HQ - Resend Invitations

Adjust / revise the software / coding in lieu of the following best practice - procedure on how to resend invitations to project members.  At the Account Admin level you should only be re-sending invitations to Project Admins.  The Project Admins should be responsible for inviting, editing,removing, and re-sending invitations to project members for individual projects.

The HQ Resend Invitation Feature has been changed to support resending invitations only to pending Account Admins and Project Admins from the Account Administration level.    "Pending" refers to admins who have been invited but have not accepted the invitation and not yet signed into BIM 360.  

We have also improved the Resend Invitation confirmation message to include the email address of the successfully resent invitations.

To resend invitations to pending project team members, the project admin for the service should go to project admin to resend.

In HQ - you use Active / In-Active Users.

In the Project Level you have no Active / In-Active Users.

Should be consistent accross the board.

The HQ Resend Invitation Feature change has been implemented as described below.

PS:   I noticed that you added a new idea to the comments of this idea.   Could you please create a separate idea so we can correctly tag each idea as implemented or under consideration, etc?
