When you create a central model in the cloud (with BIM360 Design), 2 versions are created in BIM 360 Docs. Version 1 is always corrupted, and version 2 is actually version 1.
Possibly the problem is that DOCS interprets as version 1, the creation of the central model, but this creation does not imply publication of any view.
After that he makes the first publication (as in BIM360 TEAM) and DOCS interprets it as version 2.
This can cause confusion for new users and is not good for version control.
