Since we have the capability to add Assignees in meeting items, as well as add Invitees of the meeting for attendance tracking, there should be an e-mail notification for these assignments and invites.
For instance, when a meeting item is Assigned to a user, there should be a notification to alert the user that a certain item is assigned to them for their action/response.
Similarly, when users are added as meeting invitees, there should also be an e-mail to notify them that they have been invited to a specific meeting and that a Meeting Agenda is available for their viewing. Since there's a Video Conference Link field inside meeting agendas, this could also be a way to notify them of upcoming meetings and to inform them the outline or points of discussion for the meeting.
