Converting RFI to pdf with option to turn activity information on/off

There was already an accepted comment posted under, "BIM 360 Docs Project Management RFI - Activity/Comments included in RFI Export".  However, we need the option to turn this feature on/off when converting to PDF's. 

When generating an RFI in the RFI module, there may be information in the activity link that should not be shown when converting to pdf so it can be distributed to those outside the company who aren't users of BIM 360.  It would be great to turn on/off the ability to see the activity link conversations when converting to pdf.

Hi! 

I totally get it!  You want the right information contained in the export, but not TOO much information.  Our long term goal is to have quick reports/exports available in the Project Management module, and more customizable reports in the reporting module.  Until we get the customizable reports in the Reporting module, we are defaulting to more information in the Project Management module reports.  

Question for you - what is the right level of information in the quick reports regarding the activity?  Which of the below options would you like included?

- Comments added to the record

- Status changes

- Field modifications (assignee changed, due date added, etc)
