BIM360Field - Checklists Non-Editing Feature & History

When using checklists, we have 1-3 users using the same checklist for Prefunctional commissioning tests.  Please implement a feature that uses check-out / check-in a document so that when one person is using from an ipad, without wifi, another can not use the checklist until user 1 syncs again and checks back in.  This would require users to checkout the checklist when they are still connected to wifi, but it would alleviate the problem of user2 overwriting user1's checklist when they sync.

Also, it is desirable to have a history show up for each user passing or failing an item.  Because there are multiple users in the same checklist, our commissioning agent can't always tell who is filling out what.  This was easy to tell on paper, because they initialed what they were passing.  Electronically, we can not see who does what for pass/fail/N/A.
