What:  ability to create/rename issue field process which can match by team/group - tracking issues by which team created them - tracking by custom issue statuses.

Workflow:  in a project owner company works with various teams, each team focuses on their specialty.  Teams may be foreman, Layout, Designer, BIM, Compliance Specialist, Prefab Foreman, Prefab Shop Lead.  As each team completes their assignments they turnover and route to the next team in workflow chart.  In BIM360 Field Issues it would be great feature to track issues created by each team in the project life cycle.  Example:

Issue Field process could be named as Prefab.  Issue records of type Prefab could be list of all material ordering.  Reporting and Tracking Issue Records by team can help provide clear picture of where project is within project life cycle.  In addition, ability to track and create custom Issue Statuses would greatly be beneficial.  Company may have many statuses such as In Planning, Design Detailing, Prefab orders created, In Prefab production etc.  Having greater flexibility in modifying values at Project Administration>Issues and Equipment would allow owner company to apply their already internal workflow to BIM360 Field reducing cost to retrain company employees to the application.
