BIM 360 : Generic and consistent sorting, filtering and grouping in all tables

It would be extremely helpful in terms of user experience and acceptance to have a generic and consistent approach for sorting, filtering and grouping in all tables and all BIM360 modules.

Here some examples to explain:

• DOCS:FOLDERS
  The new filter function for the SET gives a quite good function, but it is limited to this column only.
• DOCS:ISSUES
  There is a separate differently working filter. There are columns I can sort on, others not (e.g. Created by, Assigned to, Due Date)
• PROJ_MGMT:RFI
  The same as in DOCS:ISSUES
• PROJ_MGMT:SUBMITTALS
  Here you have the third implementation of filtering and sorting is also limited to a subset of column, not all.

...and as a software developer I know you currently have different sorting and filtering code. Having a generic implementation would also reduce the amount of code to maintain and reduce the risk of error. 😉
