BIM 360 Field - Issues pushpins in the 3D model accessible in the web app

Currently the issues pushpins situated in the Field 3D model aren't showing up in the web application, nor in the Issues reports

Here the pushpins properly placed

here how they properly shows up in the ipad app

and here on the web app... no pushpin available

 

I understand there's some sort of problem using a 3D viewer in Field web application, however there could at least be an image showing the original views of the 3D model in which the pushpin has been placed, even more in the details reports, otherwise the whole 3D pushpins workflow concept lose much of his usefulness
