BIM 360 Admin tools are somewhat lacking and do not give you the ability to track when users last used the BIM 360 platform, nor does it give you the ability to see how much each member uses it.
The effect is that you end up with users who have been labelled as members on a BIM 360 project for a prolonged period of time without using the software, meaning unnecessary charges are made.
I propose the following:
1. Autodesk introduce a proper method by which BIM 360 Admins can properly manage and monitor inactive and infrequent users.
2. Autodesk implement a feature that allows BIM 360 Admins to automatically remove inactive users from BIM 360 projects.
