ACC Build - Distribution Lists

For Daily Reports (and any other report)  we would like the ability for the project admin to define a distribution list that includes both project and non project members for communication.    We don't want to have to add everyone to the project when all that is needed is to send out information.    This is especially needed for Daily Reports where we have a large group of people that need to receive the pdf version.

To add on to this ... also allow this distribution list to be added when the report is "shared".   For example, we have our project team create a daily report (via Forms).    This works fine until the Daily Report is submitted and ready for distribution.    Today we need to do one of the following:

1) Export the Form/Daily Report.     Enter in a string of email addresses.   I can't "share" with project team members by  name or role.    Alternatively, I download and use traditional email to send out.

2) Export the Form/Daily Report and then go to the "Reports" menu.   There I can find the report (although it is a generic title "Form detail report" so you need to be careful to select the correct one (another enhancement request there) and then click on the ellipse to "Share" the report.  

In short it is not seamless to distribute reports through the system.
