Ability to Reopen Closed RFI
Need ability to re-open a closed RFI, not just start a new RFI with custom numbering. By restarting the RFI process, it makes it look like the timeline has restarted, when in reality just because they answered the question doesn't mean that they get to restart the play clock.
There are many more reasons that the ability to re-open a closed RFI is needed.
