What is my BIM 360 Glue host name?

So how do i know what my host name is? 
I enter my company name the way it is on my subscription and it says it is an invalid host name.

The first time you access BIM 360 Glue will be from a link in an email. Please look for an email from Autodesk BIM 360 Glue sent to your email account. Click to launch the application and the host will be automatically entered in the appropriate box. You will need to validate your existing glue credentials, then either create and Autodesk ID or use one you already have.
