When i try to acces Glue i get this message. Im in Chile, and some of out clients have the same problem, the only seens to be two server in there one for US and other for Europe.
Any ideas?
Before the European servers were added, by default the only servers were in the US. You can pick one or the other for the host, but once you have picked it then the choice will be permanent and you cannot migrate. So if you picked US, you can't then decide to move it to Europe and vice a versa. For more information please see the link below:
Europe based users - BIM 360 Glue Hosts are listed under United States instead of Europe
Yeah well thats good to know, but the problem is that under the US there is no other option to pick, and if i hit OK i get this the message Autodesk BIM 360 is Available by invitation Only
Need help with this, our clients are goin nuts about it, we already have an support request in Autodesk...
Regards
Ricardo
What is the name of the host and the project you are attempting to connect to? You must be invited to a host and a project that is on that host by the host admin. If you haven't been invited to any projects or hosts, then this field would be blank as you are seeing. If someone has added you, you should have received an invitation email to the project. If you confirmed with the host admin that they sent out an invite, your email could have blocked the notification from being received. Also, what is the case number you have open for this issue, I could look into it for you.
Thanks Scott
This is the mail i got and with this account i access the Glue platform without a problem til the last update.
When i try to follow the link i sign in and get this error 400
The 400 error code usually points to a network connectivity of network security issue. Your network could be blocking Glue or simply cannot connect. See below from our article regarding these types of connectivity errors:
BIM 360 Glue Software and Components Fail to Load or Function
If that doesn't help, please let me know.
