Before the European servers were added, by default the only servers were in the US. You can pick one or the other for the host, but once you have picked it then the choice will be permanent and you cannot migrate. So if you picked US, you can't then decide to move it to Europe and vice a versa. For more information please see the link below:

Europe based users - BIM 360 Glue Hosts are listed under United States instead of Europe

What is the name of the host and the project you are attempting to connect to? You must be invited to a host and a project that is on that host by the host admin. If you haven't been invited to any projects or hosts, then this field would be blank as you are seeing. If someone has added you, you should have received an invitation email to the project. If you confirmed with the host admin that they sent out an invite, your email could have blocked the notification from being received. Also, what is the case number you have open for this issue, I could look into it for you.

The 400 error code usually points to a network connectivity of network security issue. Your network could be blocking Glue or simply cannot connect. See below from our article regarding these types of connectivity errors:

BIM 360 Glue Software and Components Fail to Load or Function

Issue:

BIM 360 glue software or components that rely on a network connection are not loading or functioning properly. The symptoms of a network security issue may appear in any of the following ways:
  • Glue Desktop cannot be downloaded from the URL https://b4.autodesk.com/desktop
  • Glue Desktop is installed but fails to launch.
  • Glue Web page does not load.
  • Selecting the Glue add-in for AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Navisworks launches a "Cannot connect to a network" error or similar.

Causes:

If the behavior is experienced by more than one user within the same location, the possible cause is the network security or firewall may be blocking the services.

Solution:

Provide the information below to your network or IT administrator(s) for Network Security troubleshooting:
  1. Check that Internet Explorer is not blocking scripts.
  2. Add the following URL is in the firewall's safe list:
  3. Check that standard TCP/UDP/IP ports 80 and 443 are not blocked.
  4. Allow the following URLs over ports 80 and 443:
  5. Allow https://*.autodesk.com to bypass the filter group and traffic shaper in the content filter, bandwidth management, and application control software.
  6. Make sure that local network and security policies do not block scripts, web applications, and Silverlight/Flash applications.
  7. Check that the time in your computer settings does not vary more than 5 minutes from the correct time.

If that doesn't help, please let me know.
