Opening Glue Model in Navisworks- Free Trial Webpage Error

Hi All,

I am trying to open models in Navisworks Simuate by bim360 Glue project but when I hit the append button in the bim 360 tab I am brought to a sign up for a free trail page, even though I'm logged in to the AutoDesk ID that has access to the glue project. 

I have made some research in the help forums and one suggestion was to clear all cache from the browsers. I have followed this instruction but the problem still exists.

I was just thinking that could be related to the fact that my project is in Europe server. Since when I tab to append in Navisworks it tries to take me to website:

http://b4.autodesk.com/FreeTrial?tool=

But then it ends up opening the website below:

http://info.bim360.com/bim-360-glue-free-trial

When I try to login to b2.autodesk.com it takes me to a sample project, and when I do the same with b2.eu.autodesk.com it takes me to my real project.

And this issue is the same with NW Simulate, NW Manage, Revit and AutoCad Civ3D and really effecting my work. I need an urgent solution on this.

Hi Tuğçe

Which version of Navisworks Simulate are you using?  If you open the About Box it will give you a year, version and whether any updates are installed such as service packs and subscription releases.  Please provide this information.
