Navigation Cube

When I open my models, my nav cube and bar are on the far right side of the screen. I can only see half of the cube and none of the bar. If I click on the far left border, the cube and bar move off the edge and I can see them, but as soon as I move the curser back into the field, they revert back to the edge and out of sight. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! Are you using BIM 360 Glue desktop or mobile application? Would you be able to provide screen cast or screen capture of this behavior?

Thank you and have a great day!

I am using 360 Desktop. If I do this right you will notice in the first picture, the cube is all the way to the right and the bar is not in site. If I move my cursor all the way to the left of the screen and click it the second picture is the result. If I move the cursor back to the right the screen reverts back to the first picture. I cannot get the cursor to the nav bar before it disappears.Untitled.png#2.png

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for your reply. Looks like you are using Internet Explorer browser to view your models. Suggested browser is latest version of Google Chrome to view model from BIM 360 Glue project. Please, try viewing your model in Chrome and let me know if you are still seeing this behavior.

Thank you and have a great day!

When I originally started I was using Microsoft Edge, but I got the message to install the IE add on to view this page. I just installed Chrome and got the same message. Screen shot below.
