I have one company on my project for whom I have sent out six invitations. After some initial trouble (regarding spam filters I am told), three of those members now have access, but three are apparently still not receiving invitation emails.
I have passed on the Autodesk guidance to get their IT department to whitelist Autodesk emails, but I am puzzled as to why three of their staff cannot get access. I have no doubt the problem is at their end, but don't know what.
(There was some other stuff about accessing whatever the hell a postini account is, but that appears to be being migrated over to gmail which makes it even more inscrutable)
Can anyone help? I am looking stupid because I can't resolve an issue between an Autodesk system which could provide more comprehensive troubleshooting guidance and a client system I have no access to.

Hi Chris,
I was able to briefly review the support case and it seems that my colleague from Premium Support has been in contact with you and has provided the Network/Firewall checklist.
In addition to the information that was already provided to you on the support case, I suggest that you also provide the e-mail address of the three users who are unable to receive invitations and the project where they were invited to join. Since you mentioned that three of the six invited users were able to receive the invitations and now has access to Glue, if all six users use the same e-mail domain name then perhaps there may be another issue we need to check from our side.
I will connect with my team mate through the case so we can help expedite resolving this issue.
Frederick
Hi Frederick, I sent the requested information through to your team mate, but have not had a response yet. Has it been received?
As it turns out, two of the problem emails were small typos, now resolved (my error). But one member still cannot get access.
Hi -
Can you please send me the case number at Frederick.regala@autodesk.com. I thought I took over the case but I am not able to find it.
Thank you!
Frederick
Hi Frederick,
Thanks for the email this morning. My user now has access to Glue. Thank you for resolving this for me, in whichever way you did it.
Regards,
Chris
Hi Frederick,
I am having the same issue. 99% of the users can access Glue and have received the invitation. Therefore there is stil one that is not receiving the email (Autodesk already whitelisted). I'd be glad if you can help me too.

Dario
