Getting Error with Code (400)

Hello,

 

I'm getting this error when trying to log in --> ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

I used to work with the software just fine. I don't know what happened to initiate this error!

 

Note: I can still use BIM 360 GLUE on my iPad with the same login information.

I also am getting an ERROR CODE 400 and I am wondering how I can fix this. See below.

I also can access models on my ipad but not on my windows 8 pc.

hi CalebRCox,

 

Just check your system time. If your system time is + or - 10 minutes than server time, it will generate this error. By simply adjusting my PC time, the error disapeared. Note that you don't have to be on the same time zone with server or other BIM users.
