DWG Custom Properties

I am authoring in AutoCad Plant 3D.  Attached is a list of custom attributes I have been asked to provide for each piece of equipment on this job. I cant figure out the correct way of exporting this file to get this information to show up in Navisworks - and then Glue.  Can someone help to explain this?

One of the Options:

try with dataextraction in ACAD (create a Excel sheet with custom data) and then Import "data" from Excel to the Naviswork with Data Tools.

Have you tried gluing the DWG Plant 3D model to BIM 360 Glue directly instead of bringing it to Navisworks then Glue? You may want to check out this AU presentation:
