Our entire department at a co-location has lost access to bim360. BUT if we unplug from the network and use wifi, we CAN connect. Any Ideas? Router setting or something?
I recently heard of something similar.
Sounds like Firewall settings knocked off by an update.
You may need to re-add any proxy exceptions for the domains that the BIM 360 service uses as well. See the list below for a complete listing of all domains for A360, BIM 360, and Fusion 360:
I believe the correct ports are 80 and 443 as well. Please let me know if this helps, if this resolves the issue, please mark as "Accept as solution".
