I have a user with this issue... trying to access glue project from Navisworks fails... and doing what BIM 360 log-in failed in Navisworks suggests fails as well.
Yesterday the user was connecting just fine. Would this possibly be an issue with the owners of the project.
... or, is this an issue with trying to access another BIM 360 job when one is already open.
User also gets his internet browser opening per this screen shot.

Looks like you were able to resolve this issue by updating Revit id with a full email address. Please let me know if the user is seeing this behavior again.
