BIM 360 Glue Desktop Application error

Hi,

When i try to open BIM 360 Glue, it ask me to select host / region after sign-in.

Select host / region screen nothing was shown, If i click ok it shows "Autodesk BIM360 glue is avaliable by invitation only".

What is this? and why i can't access BIM 360 glue?

You need to be invited to the project in order to gain access to that particular project. Only host or project admins can add members. Contact your BIM manager or whoever is in charge of settting up the project and they can add you. You can then click on the invitation sent to your email and it will install the BIM 360 Glue desktop app on your computer where you then access the project.

I'm having the same problem logging into the 360 Glue desktop app. I have the invitation to a project and have accepted the invitation and accessed the project on my browser, but the desktop app does not allow me to sign in. Is there anything I haven't done to make to desktop app recognize my invitation?

i encountered this exact same issue and tried multiple times, no project list at all either from US or Europe.

i followed the exact steps when using BIM360 Glue trial, i'm in fact administrator.

is it because location? or anything related to fire wall, etc/? Glue is available to all over the world, isn't it?
