Added as Project Admin but can't access Bim 360 dashboard

I am a member of a Bim 360 Design project as a Project Admin. No invite email was received by two of the three of us. If I manually navigate to the login page and I log in to Bim 360 the system takes me to the Bim 360 Glue site and states that I have no project access.

This makes no sense to us as on other PA's dashboards I see that the Glue column is not activated for any of the members. Why is the account login redirecting me away from our Bim 360 project site?

In the meantime, unable to use this software to work with my team.

Hi @Dan.Dominik.RQ,

Thank you for participating in our Community! Are you trying to access BIM 360 Glue services or BIM 360 Design service? Are you a account admin? If not then account admin can activate appropriate service for individual users. Let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hello, my account should be logging into a Bim 360 Design dashboard, but instead is routing to a "blank" Glue front end. Other members of the Design team can see my account (set as a Project Admin) and the Glue option is unchecked/disabled. This is the source of the confusion, as the login process is misdirecting my account for some reason.

Further, the Bim 360 Project admin page seems to not be sending out the invite emails to two team members. It shows us as "active" in spite of us never being able to log in to the project or having accepted an invite.

Thanks!
