Unable to upload multiple files to library - hanging on processing

A document controller on the project is having problems uploading multiple files to the project library on BIM 360 Field.

7 files are selected of a combined size of 389kb.

These have been sitting at the processing page for over 20 minutes now.

Anyone also having these problems?

I would recommend the following:

• Make sure that the file type is supported in Field.
• If you suspect that the document is corrupted, you can repair/reprocess the document in a document editor. 
• If the file was a revision, see if a previous version can be uploaded, if the previous version can be uploaded then that could be a sign that the current version is corrupted. 
• If after several attempts the file does not upload, try setting the BIM 360 Field's Timeout setting to 100 minutes (maximum). 

I was wondering, are you seeing any specific error that comes up when the documents fail to upload? If so, perhaps you could post a screenshot of the error?

Last week we ran into a similar problem.

Could it be possible you are trying to upload an empty folder or file of 0.kb?

That was the issue with our customer.
