Task Scheduling Tips

Good Morning,

Does anyone have some tips on best practices for tasks? We are attempting to set up tasks by team and be able to see their work load in a report. Each team has a very different part to play with very different tasks that they complete.

- How do you show deadlines for when tasks need to be completed by?

- How do you track the duration that a task should take versus how long it did take?

- Do you track a number of hours to compete a task?

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Hello Joshua,

Thank you for contacting Autodesk Support regarding Task inquiry and best workflow practices.   I have created tracking case # 12758185 for this matter.  Myself or another representative will follow-up to address your inquiry.  Thank you

Was there any update on this?

I have a customer who is looking for the tasks to reoccur on a weekly or monthly basis.

Were there any updates to these enhancements?

- Being able to select the duration of a task?
- Making tasks visible to subs?
