How come a subcontractor can add an attachment to an issue on an iPad, but not when they are logged in via the web access?

Having this same problem, I need the subcontractor to add an image once the work is completed related to the issue and they can't add any attachments on the ipad, the section is grayed out. Has this been responded?

I believe you are seeing this issue because of a setting that allows project admins to control whether or not Subcontractors can add attachments. List question was answered in the post Subcontractor adding attachments to issues on the ipad, section grayed out.
