Is it possible to annotate autocad electrical files with field?

Your description is pretty short, but if I understand correctly you are trying to annotate files from AutoCAD with BIM360 Field.

With BIM360 Field it is possible to upload almost any file format, but not all file formats are able to be shown on iPad. Those files could be a way to transfer project related native files.

On iPad it is not possible to view the native DWG with the BIM360 Field app.
When you print this drawing as pdf and upload that it is possible to view this with BIM360 Field app.

It is possible to annotate pdf drawings with the iPad.

Thanks for quick answer.
If I understand you well I am able to annotate native DWG files with BIM360 field on a PC, and on tablets only on DWG's which are converted to pdf.

Annotation on native files with BIM360 field is not possible. Only transfer and download of native files is possible on pc related to this matter.
