Big 360 App for IPad Air2 is failing to authenticate. Please advise

We are having the same exact issue. We have a valid Autodesk Login and currently can log into the BIM 360 website with no issues from a PC.

Yes; Autodesk had to make a new BIM360 admin account for our company. Once
you have access to the BIM360 account through your desktop web browser you
will need to add BIM360 Field access to a new project. Once added the IPAD
will login to BIM360 Field.

I'm currently experiencing the same issue today.
I have access to the project through the Field web browser UI, but can't authenticate through the iPad.

I've tried several different steps of this process shown and still have no access through iPad.
