Exporting Report to Excel: does not match the PDF Report

How can I export my reports to excel, so that only the custom properties and standard BIM properties appear? When I export my report as a PDF, I am getting satisfactory results. However, when I export in excel I am getting more columns that those shown on my PDF report. How can I align the two report formats?

thank you!

Thank you!

Best regards,

HI.

My question was never answered in the forum. However, I figured out that if you use the Report template "List by Location" you can customize the columns you'd like to appear.

Thank you,

Chloe

Hi,

I am sorry for my late reply, I was not able to get back to you yesterday.

Yes, the "List by Location" is editable, by using the Customize button on the report setup page.

Then, on the right side of the screen, right-click on the table header will allow choosing which columns to be exported.
