Equipment sync issue

Hello,

 

I'm trying to sync equipment with my iPad but it's giving me a lot of troubles. I think the problem started when I removed the 'All Equipment' filter from the Equipment menu. I was testing the consequences of this action and thus found out that that option wasn't available on iPad anymore when trying to sync. Now I have recreated that filter, it shows up again on my iPad and pushed the sync button.

 

It starts just normal but the iPad is trying to sync 13000 piece of equipment, yet I only have 3447 available. After some time it just gives an 'out of time' error and stops syncing equipment.

 

Why is it doing this? Did I do something wrong? ...?

Hello,

 

Today I tried deleting the model from Field, so there are no BIM 360 models synced with field and still there are 13000 pieces of equipment being filtered, Yet there is no equipment under the equipment tab, and there is no link to BIM Glue.

 

I really don't want this to cause big problems in the long run since I'm setting up a big project so if possible please let me know what's happening here.

Hello,

 

After several attempts and sever things i tried ... finally solved it myself. I deleted the model again. Uploaded a new and other model from glue mapped the equipment of that new model, deleted this new model from field again, uploaded my old model again without equipment sets in it. Deleted it again. Created new equipment sets in my model, re-synced it with field and eventually re-mapped the equipment in field (left out 1 parameter that I would like to be coupled back to Navisworks, just for it to be different from the last mapping of this model). My iPad then was stuck for a very long time on syncing the equipment but finally showed a correct amount of equipment on my iPad.
