Customize view for checklists under equipment

Is there a way to customize checklists fields under equipment?  Most importantly status?

Hello jdentino,

Thank you for contacting Autodesk.

It is possible to customize custom properties within BIM 360 Field, including for both checklists and equipment records. See the Help article To Add or Edit Custom Properties for additional reference. For additional reference, please also see To Work with Checklists.

While it is not possible to add new checklist status values, you may edit the statuses of the equipment record to which it is associated. Please see the Help article To Work with Equipment Records.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions at this time.

Thanks,

Don

No, this did not help.  I would like to customize the checklists fields under Equipment.  See attached screen shot. I would like to add status (open/closed) in this view.

Hello jdentino,

The provided screenshot appears to show an arrow to the "#Open" heading. Are you looking to add other properties within the checklist tab of equipment after this value? If so, this is not possible.

If you were looking to add additional custom properties for those checklist templates linked to equipment records, that would be done by using the instructions in the previously provided link. Those custom properties would be visible within the checklist or possibly the checklist grid within project.

Regards,

Don

"The provided screenshot appears to show an arrow to the "#Open" heading. Are you looking to add other properties within the checklist tab of equipment after this value? If so, this is not possible."

This would be a feature that would save me and my team a ton of work compared to having to open each and every checklist to verify whether or not the checklist was closed. You'd think that this would have happened sometime over the last six years.
