How does the new BIM 360 Docs product differ from Autodesk A360?

Both BIM 360 Docs and A360 offer powerful collaboration and file sharing capabilities, including some shared platform technology.  BIM 360 Docs, however, is a purpose-built document management, control and collaboration tool for construction projects and construction project teams.  It offers construction-industry specific capabilities for managing all 2D plans, 3D models and other project documents.  It is also designed to support the workflow and document requirements of construction projects.  A360 is a non-industry specific service for design collaboration and sharing.
