Select hyperlink in property window to file explorer

I have uploaded a Revit model to 360docs with families that have URL's as parameters associated to it.

I am unable to select a hyperlink URL in the properties windows that directs to a server location. In Revit I can select the hyperlink and arrive at the desired file path. Is this not possible due to security reasons? I can select a hyperlink to a https:// location.

I am also not able to copy and past the URL from the properties windows.

Is there a solution for this?

thanks for the question. Could you please help explain whether it is the link that attached in the image which you mean you couldn't open? it is associated to a revit file and when you click the view button on the bottom of the property panel, it can't work?
