Renaming uploaded files in "Plans" folder / Adjusting tabs sizes in "Plans"

Hi,

I wonder if you can give to the administrators an ability to rename document name (currently only move/copy/delete are available)?

Please adjust a bit "deadband area" to the vertical line between "Attributes" tabs sizes. Currently, in web application, it takes too fine movements of the mouse pointer to get divider to swithch to "movable" mode.Still can be done but a bit of unnecessary complication.

First topic about renaming the files is not possible as you already observed. This might be good if you could post in Ideastation. It would be helpful if you could add some scenarios where you need to rename the files. 

Also second point about adjusting the widths of the attributes, I agree with you. The deadband is a bit too narrow to adjust. This will be also good if you could raise to IdeaStation (as IdeaStation is actively monitored by our Product team, and an effective way to express your feature request).
