Delete members as account admin

How can I delete members in de the account overview.

I want to completley delete a member because this company is no longer working for us.

Only thing I can do is disable them but they still are available and counted as an license user.

This way I have to buy a lot of extra licenses to supply other sub-contractors in other projects.

Docs sometimes seems to be a rush job where no professionals have been consulted in the development.

Dropbox wasn't so bad after all.

There are two ways that to delete an user.

Option 1

The easiest way to do this, is in the Project Admin. In this view you are able to remove the user from the project by clicking on the Remove button/link in the column on the right side.

Option 2

You can delete an user from the enterprise account site by clicking on the user account. On the left side of the user profile you'll find the delete button. This will delete the user for all other possible BIM 360 product as well. Be aware if a user is member of multiple Docs projects he will lose all his memberships.

When you have problems and you see nog change in clearing a seat in the licenses, feel free to contact or leave a message.
