1. install

This package has multiple compounds, some are useful, some are useless, I can’t confirm, so you need to unzip all the files in the package to the same directory. Such as

C:\Users\g2m.agent\Autodesk\Bifrost\Compounds\G2M_compounds


In addition, HSV to RGB by uxusjbh9 is also required.

2. How to use

In most cases you only need pie_chart. pie_piece can also be used, but only a piece of pie is generated, and there is no color. others are the "library files".


piece_value_sequence
The number and proportion of pie. assuming you have 10 sheep, 15 cows, and 7 camels, enter:

10, 15, 7

Three pieces are generated, the ratio is 10:15:7.


full_moon_angle
The angle of full pie. you can only use half a pie.


per_90d_sides
The sides number of the polygon every 90 degrees. larger value means smoother.


inner_radius, outer_radius
Radius of the inner and outer ring.


gap_width
The interval between pie pieces.


extrude
extrude height.


Export_Mesh
Whether to output mesh. you can't see anything if I don't check it


color_seed
Random color seeds. this random color does not seem to "random", there are always repeated colors. I hope the next version will be improved.


is_ranbow_color
Replace random colors with rainbow colors


use_per_piece_attr
Use different settings for each piece. after checked, you need to set the parameters independently for each piece.


per_inner_radius_sequence
per_outer_radius_sequence
per_gap_width_sequence
per_extrude_sequence
The inner, outer radius, gap width, and extrude values of each piece. it works like piece_value_sequence. Suppose you want the first inner ring to be 0.5, the second 1.0, and the third 0.8, just enter in per_inner_radius_sequence:

0.5, 1, 0.8

You don't need to enter the value of each piece, the system will automatically repeat the last value. Suppose you have three pieces, and you enter in per_inner_radius_sequence:

1

then the inner_radius of all pieces will be 1.


per_angle_factor_sequence
Used to make the progressive animation of the pie. 1 means full pie, 0 means empty pie.
The specific usage is the same as above.


use_node_as_input
After the checked, the above method of directly inputting parameters will be invalid. at this point, you can connect the parameters of each piece in the Node Editor.

fixed a few glitches, and color can be specified manually.

 

Tips:
Each piece is a separate object and can be packaged into the MASH network.

* Optimize the input method.
* Color information can be passed to the vertex color.
* Some minor changes.
