procedurally driving size of array in value node

Hi All

 

Is it possible to procedurally driving size of array in value node. I want the array size to know how many points are on the incoming geometry?..

Hi,

You can't directly change the size of your array inside the "value" node. What you should do is use a "resize_array" in order to procedurally drive the size of your array.

 

In your case, you want to use "array_size" before "resize_array".

Alternatively, you can simply use "get_point_count" with "resize_array" as such:
