MPM Cloth inflation & deflation ?

Hi guys,

I've been trying to find a way to apply an internal force to my mesh so it will inflate and tear... like a balloon popping, but I can't really find a simple way to do it.

Closest I got is by connecting a pulse to the target_volume_ratio but then it preserves the interior volume, which is not what I want.

Would someone have an idea how to do that ?

Much obliged

Have a look at this

Just turn off the tearing.
