Maya Runs Extremely Slow - Water Simulations will not process efficiently

Hello! I've been trying to use Bifrost in Maya to simulate water but when applying the constraints to make it look more realistic, more like "Water", it takes hours and hours to run through the complete scene but does the exact same thing when returning to frame 1. Is there anything I can change through the settings in Maya, or my computer, to be able to make run more smoothly and efficiently?

What hardware do you have?

And you should be able to export the sim to an alembic. That would store what you have on disc.

These are the details of my hardware:

Processor - 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700 (30MB Cache, 16 Cores, 24 threads, 2.10 GHZ to 5.10 GHz Turbo

Graphic Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, 8GB GDDR6

Memory RAM - 16GB DDR4 3200 MT/s

Storage - 1 TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD

That should be fast enough.
Find the sweetspot for quality and speed and cache it to alembic.

FIrst look at this.
If there is the case. This happened to me with brand new workstation after a Maya crash, that was unreal the slowness.
