making dragons flames problems

Hi there  I hope someone could kindly point me in the right direction

I have a dragon rig 

I have added a plane as an emitter and linked it to the dragons head 

I have set the initial speed to 1000

and direction to 1 in x  smoke comes out   along x axis  I want it to follow the planes normal direction  -

I can't find anything on how to do that  - can anyone point me in the right direction?  

even if I set x1 and Y1 it doesn't come out at 45 degrees

Hello.  Can you clarify if you are trying to create this effect using Bifrost Liquid/Aero or inside Bifrost Graph.  Thanks.

hI.  I have sorted it it thanks   thanks fro reaching out    I started with the breath example on the bifrost browser -  then added combustion to that  and speeded up the output added an emitter and I have something really not bad, my flames could be better and I  im still only a beginner at bifrost graph  - I wish you had hundreds of samples of graphs which showed how they all work, together to achieve different results - it would be so helpful cheers Thomas

I totally agree. We need more sample files.

I would love to see a dragon fire or flame thrower one.

hi well here it is    its not really very complicated   just particles as emitters of my flames    two versions   I haven't made a final render yet, I will post it when I do if you like   cheers      had to zip as it didn't like something in the file ?

with the new bifrost version my last flames MB didnt work - so I made a new one and its much better
