Issue rendering Bifrost data using Arnold with permanent Maya 2020 license

Hi...

I'm still on Maya2020 and started to test bifrost.
But no matte what I do, I don't get arnold to render bifrost data.
My bifrost is: 2.2.0.0 and my arnold is 5.2.2.4
So shoud these 2 versions work together?

Thanks for help!

*Title edited for clarity: arnold does not render bifrost*

You'll need Bifrost 2.4

Help | 5.2.2 | Autodesk

I would upgrade Bifrost to 2.7

Ah, thanks...but obviously I cannot update to a newer bifrost version.
I meant, I could not find any option to update...

The update is in your Autodesk account.

Looks like you don´t have a Maya license on this Account.

Use the one you are using to start Maya.

When I click on 'zur klassischen Ansicht wechseln', then there`s my Maya license...but still no option to download bifrost.

Are you on a Student license?

If yes, you need to renew it and download Maya 2024.

I have a 'normal' license from 2020:

I don't see anything in the backend system for the account I found using your username as a search. Not even that Maya 2020 license (is it a permanent license, with no current maintenance? that would explain why there are no products listed, and only something under classic view)

Stephen,
yes, its permanent.

it was the last Maya version I bought....which probably means 'without current maintenance'

The arnold download archive was obviously killed by AD, so I cannot test if older arnold versions would work..seems I'm stuck now : (

The download archive was not killed. Contact Autodesk Support for downloads. The Autodesk Account portal doesn't seem set up to handle users with no subscription or maintenance. At a minimum, you should be entitled to whatever was available at the time the maintenance contract expired.

I guess I would say: I have a permanent Maya license, but Maya doesn't show up under All Products and Services, or under Product Updates.

So I cannot access the Extensions downloads. I need to download MtoA and Bifrost for my Maya 2020.

And then specify what versions you want. I don't think they'll be able to fix up your account so that you see all the available MtoA and Bifrost versions, so they'll generate download links for you.
