Bifrost does support importing and exporting animated geometry using Alembic. When exporting, you have to tick `Write single file` on the write_Alembic node. If you don't have this option, you need to update to the latest version of Bifrost. For importing, you need to use the read_Alembic node and make sure you have the frame connected to the frame port in the time node. You also need to make sure that the frame_rate port is set appropriately.
