Bifrost liquid +meshing rendering problem

What is wrong I am doing? A simple Bifrost liquid test. The generated mesh looks fine in viewport but rendering is not. I had seen this before. A few frames out of 100 frames animation will be like the image posted side by side. BF_Liquid_meshing.JPG

This happens when the Viewport CACHE is on. I had already cached the sim. The scene is reading the cache. I guess when viewport cache is on it creates some kind of conflict that shows up in rendering.
