Printing from Print Preview screen, showing part of a drawing

Good Morning,

Whilst running Autosketch 9:-

When I zoom in to view part of my farm plan - I could print that screen shot by, preview, then print.

Recently, the preview screen has placed a 2" blank screen at the top and bottom of the preview page.

All attempts to adjust the print preview options cannot remove these blank portions of the print.

Please for your suggestions,

Roger

Printing to printer pages that are different sizes or orientation to the original drawing is confused by the settings in "page setup" and "printer properties".

I print most of my drawings to PDF for ease of distribution and constantly run into the same problem.

What you see on the screen within Autosketch is the relationship between what is set in it as the page size/orientation but what you see in preview is a result of what the printer driver has set in "properties".

Hi Kevin,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have found a divergence between the Screen view and the printed page, that
is corrected by setting the screen resolution to 1026x768. Higher
resolutions produce distorted printed images that do not line up with the
screen shot page you want.
