Printing to printer pages that are different sizes or orientation to the original drawing is confused by the settings in "page setup" and "printer properties".

I have found a divergence between the Screen view and the printed page, that is corrected by setting the screen resolution to 1026x768. Higher resolutions produce distorted printed images that do not line up with the screen shot page you want.
