Autodesk Drawing Not Printing in MS Word 2003

Greetings,

We have multiple users with AutoSketch 7 and some with Word 2003 and Word 2007.

We have been having problems with the Word 2003 users not being able to print Word documents containing .DWG files, the printer will print up to the page before the page containing the drawing and will stop (Tried 2 printers and 4 computers). As soon as the file is converted into a JPG the document prints perfectly. The users with Word 2007 have no issues printing these documents. This leads me to believe it is some sort of PostScript issue. Any ideas?

Have you tried printing the word documnets to pdf files? Are the drawings pasted into the word documents as images or linked AS7 files? Or they dgw files exported from AS7 and then inserted in word?

Hello 000jdi,

I printed the file to a PDF using CutePDF, and there were no issues.

The drawings are pasted into the Word document as DWG files (Using our companies proprietary report generating software) and one is shrunk to preview size on one page and full size a few pages later (These 2 pages will not print)
