Text location error

I export dwfx ,dwf from Autodesk Revit(2018.3.3). And open it with Autodesk Design Review(14.0.2.191).

I found that

1.some text are missing it's location.

Looks like a problem with your creation method (in REVIT), not a viewer issue (it just shows you what you created). Ask in the REVIT forum for guidance on DWF exporting.
