Is there a way a can do this online. I am working on a report and i want to establish a file folder structure but i don't know how to do this. Is there a online software i can use?

Not as far as I know. In similar situations, I'd just build my directory structure using Windows Explorer, and then just draw up what I wanted for images/text in Powerpoint, possibly include screen captures of the hierarchy.
