We use TrueView for Project Managers to view files and I have one user who keeps getting this message when opening drawings - see attachment.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dan

Did you try doing what it says to do?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Either they are hidden by your Windows settings or TrueView is lying.

can you create an empty log file with that exact name in that exact folder? Use Windows Notepad to create it.

What I figured out was this is happening when the user opens an ACAD file thru Windows Explorer and not thru the actual software.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
