Autodesk Software for Jewelry design

I am a civil engineer and I do a lot of drafting in Civil 3D.  My mother is a jewelry designer and I would like to help her and see if I can draft some of her designs through the programs I have at my work, hopefully cutting a cost down for her. 

I have access to a lot of programs and I would like to know the best one to start with.  Some of the programs I have access too are:

Civil 3D

Revit

3ds Max

Inventor Fusion

and I might have access to a few other Autodesk programs that I just dont have installed on my computer.  Does anyone have a suggestion on where I should start?

REMEMBER: it's more important to get your model to someone that can make  it  rather than just you being able to 'draw it' in CAD.
