Autodesk DWG TrueView 2018&2019 errors

Hi All,

I'm having issues opening dwg 2018 or 2019 throws a window with the following error:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at 6d1a8e6ch.

Weird thing is that dwg 2017 is working perfectly.

HW specs:

os: windows 2012 R2 x64

cpu: Intel i9-7960x

MEM: 64GB

GPU: EVGA 1080TI

WinServer 2012 is not a supported OS.
