One of the challenges to face in field Quality management is effectively handling the relationships between the tests and the objects that have been controlled.
In this session we will illustrate Saipem’s approach to overcome those challenges by leveraging the Build Asset and Form modules in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Being able to properly organize assets is crucial to any field activity to allocate different type of documents, which are produced during construction, and to efficiently track the project status.
To improve how to arrange locations and assets in the models that needs to be imported, project team went through some iterations which finally resulted in a smooth flow of information.
Locations/assets set-up has been the base also for the creation of the Quality digital dossier.During the session we will also discuss about some constraints and limitations we encountered and how we have been able to work around them while waiting for future product enhancements.
